The friction
New-hire training depended on paper sign-in sheets, manually created calendar invitations, disconnected assessment records, and administrative follow-up.
The architecture
Built a learning management system from scratch using SharePoint, PowerApps, and Office 365 integrations—automating course enrollment and invitations, capturing attendance and assessment scores, and giving employees self-service access to results, upcoming courses, materials, and rescheduling.
