In my community, operational drive translates into sports logistics. As the community director and team captain for Ever Lassing Ultimate Frisbee, I handle the week-to-week coordination, tournament operations, and continuous communication required to keep a local sports ecosystem thriving. Whether it is building a custom GTM pipeline or organizing a regional tournament, the goal is the same: find the friction, build the path, and bring people together.
