About
Operator. Builder. Teacher. Teammate.
A working philosophy shaped by enterprise systems, product decisions, community leadership, family life, and a conviction that better work should feel better to the people doing it.

The person behind the process.
I have spent my career learning complicated systems, seeing where they collide with real work, and helping teams build a clearer way through. Sometimes that meant enterprise training. Sometimes it meant product ownership, IT leadership, process redesign, or building a working tool from scratch.
Outside of work, I am a husband, a dad, a person of Christian faith, and a community organizer who has learned a great deal from coaching and leading ultimate frisbee. Fuller stories about faith, family, leadership, and this next chapter will be added with the care those subjects deserve.
- 01Clarity is an act of service.
A good process helps people know what matters, what comes next, and where to go when something breaks.
- 02Adoption is part of the build.
The work is not finished when a system launches. It is finished when people can use it with confidence.
- 03Curiosity earns trust.
The best cross-functional work starts by understanding how other people see the problem before prescribing the answer.
- 04People are never an edge case.
Customers, teammates, volunteers, and families experience every system we create. Their reality belongs in the design.
