Archivist is an experiment in turning scattered relationship information into organized, retrievable context for better follow-up.

The challenge

Important details live across notes, conversations, and tools. When context is fragmented, follow-up becomes generic and relationships lose continuity.

The approach

  1. Defined a practical information model around people, companies, interactions, and next steps.
  2. Explored AI-assisted organization and retrieval without losing the human context behind the data.
  3. Built the product as a working system rather than a slide-deck concept.
